County Real Estate is a small, personal real estate agency, located in Media, Delaware County, Pennsylvania, and dedicated to serving the needs of its clients.  I am James G. Buckler, the President and principal of County Real Estate.  I am an attorney who has practiced law in Delaware County for over thirty years.  During the last twenty years my practice has been devoted almost entirely to real estate.  During that time, I have handled extensive zoning, land development and subdivision matters.  In addition, I have acted as a title agent, and owned and operated my own mortgage brokerage business.  That background gives me a unique perspective on and understanding of all phases of residential real estate, the concerns of both buyers and sellers in the real estate market, and of the many factors which are at play in any decision to buy or sell real estate.

Seven years ago, I formed County Real Estate, with the mission of using my experience and background to help clients buying and selling real estate in the Delaware County area.  The focus of my business is not on volume, but on understanding and addressing the individual needs of my individual clients and helping them acheive their objectives.  Unlike agents in larger agencies, who may be concerned with sales quotas, etc., my only concern, and the only person I answer to is you, my client.
